All Sales are final.
Unfortunately, due to the fact that most of our products are intended for one time usage and to keep our prices very low, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise. All sales are final. No exceptions.
It is your responsibility to check all items Upon Receipt for defects, miss-matches, fabric, size & color.
Returning Defective Items:
You must notify Elegant Bridal Wedding Accessories within 2 days of receipt of the Damaged or Defective Items for return authorization. We will not accept any returns or exchanges without prior email notification.
Items returned for exchange with authorization will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and all shipping charges. No exceptions.
Please return orders in their original form and packaging. We must receive the returned item within 14 days from the day we received the email notification. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Incorrect Orders Received:
If an item you ordered is received as the incorrect item do to an error on behalf of Elegant Bridal Wedding Accessories, we will either credit your account or send replacement with your next order. If upgraded shipping is required you will be responsible for the additional upgraded charges.
We do not upgrade shipping for replacements, we will ship ground and further upgrades in shipping is at your expense.
In the event an order is “Refused” the customer will be held responsible for all shipping charges incurred.
Shipping charges quoted are for ground shipping to the continental USA. If upgraded shipping is required please e-mail us for shipping quote.
The customer is responsible for shipping. We do not refund shipping charges. No credit is given for lost packages and non-returnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages.
We ship throughout the USA, Canada and Internationally:
We offer USPS and UPS Ground, 2 Day & 3 Day Service for USA shipments. We also offer USPS for international shipments to help reduce your international shipping costs.
We currently offer FREE shipping on all ground (standard) shipping orders to the contiguous USA. Once you place an order with us, expect the shipment to leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Elegant Bridal Wedding Accessories uses USPS and UPS Ground, 2-Day and 3-Day Service for all deliveries. UPS Ground averages 1 business day in the Northeast, 3 days in the MidWest and up to 5 days to destinations on the West Coast. We ship most items the same business day for orders placed before 12pm EST.
We ship FAST!
Most orders are shipped out in 1-3 days. Please be advised that International orders may take up to 2-3 business days to process. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. This email confirmation includes a link to the online tracking number and a copy of your invoice.
Canadian Shipping Information:
Shipping charges are calculated when you proceed to check out from the shopping cart. These charges are based on the number of items and the US dollar value of an order. In addition to these shipping charges, packages shipped to Canada may be subject to a brokerage fee that will be collected at the time of delivery by the carrier. These charges are an additional: $5.00 for USPS Priority Mail (delivered by Canadian Post), $8.00 for USPS Express Mail (delivered by Canadian Post), $25.00 for UPS, and $35.00 for DHL.
Orders shipped to Canada that are valued over $20.00 may be subject to an import tax of up to 20%, depending on the providence. If applicable, the tax will be collected upon delivery.
Shipping to International Customers:
We do ship internationally to most countries, however actual rates vary based on exact location and value of contents. When you place an order with us, we can be able to give you a more accurate figure once we have the exact shipping location. We will send you an email as soon as we have the estimate.
Please note that additional charges, such as customs duties and taxes, are separate from this transaction, are not calculated during checkout, and are not collected by Elegant Bridal Wedding Accessories. We are not in a position to assist with or give advice on these additional charges. Please consult your local customs officer/broker for more details.
Shipping Damage Claims
Every effort is made to ensure your order arrives safely after it leaves us. While the frequency of damaged packages is low, if an item is received damaged, please inform us within 2 business days. Be sure to include a picture of the damaged item, the style number and invoice number. After approval, we will create a credit on your account or we can ship out a replacement with your next order. Please indicate which method you would prefer. If you choose to have us send a replacement with your next order, then please include a note in the comment area when placing next order to include the replacement for the item received damaged. We do not pay for any shipping or upgraded shipping charges for items received damaged/or in error. We will happily send you a replacement with your next order or credit your account. Failure to notify Elegant Bridal Wedding Accessories within 2 business days of receipt of package will result in denial of the claim and will be the sole responsibility of the recipient.
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Elegant Bridal Wedding Accessories reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
